The "SOS Alert" and "Auto SMS" features rely on your device's operating system, battery level, cellular network coverage, and GPS signal. We cannot guarantee that messages will be sent or received instantly or at all times. factors beyond our control (e.g., network congestion, dead zones, device power saving modes) may prevent the app from functioning as intended.
Location data included in SOS alerts is derived from your device's GPS and network providers. Accuracy can vary significantly based on your environment (e.g., indoors vs. outdoors, weather conditions). We do not guarantee the precision of the coordinates provided.
This app sends standard SMS messages and makes phone calls via your carrier. Standard carrier rates for SMS and calls apply. International charges may apply if your contacts are in a different country. You are solely responsible for any charges incurred.
Modern Android devices aggressively optimize battery usage, which may kill background services required for this app to detect calls or send alerts. While we provide instructions to disable these optimizations, we cannot guarantee that the OS will not terminate the app's background processes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers of Auto SMS & SOS shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the application, including but not limited to any failure to send an emergency alert.
